In order to better advise its clients and respond to emerging challenges in the Intellectual Property business, IPSILON joins forces in 2022 with a pan-European investment fund, Waterland Private Equity. IPSILON sets up its first foreign office in New York and is able to offer IP and litigation services in the US.

IPSILON acquires SUEUR & L'HELGOUACH and BREMA LOYER
The firms SUEUR & L'HELGOUACH and BREMA LOYER join IPSILON. By that it strengthens its capacity in the Paris area. New premises for the group of patent and trademark attorneys open in Bourg-la-Reine (Paris).
