Join the Brands team and more specifically the contracts division to support our development. We are looking for our future Contracts & Intellectual Property Attorney. The position is based in Paris.

You will be responsible for a client portfolio and processing requests relating to contract activity.

• Independently, you analyze, draft and negotiate all types of contractual documents relating to intellectual property and business (including collaboration and research agreements, consortia, transfers or licenses of intellectual property assets, commercial agreements, etc.)
• Your skills in analysis and risk management allow you to write legal consultations and provide advice to clients on all types of issues related to intellectual property, business law and contracts.
• You are organized, you will be required to collaborate with the Patents and Trademarks teams as well as with the technical or legal contacts of our clients.
• Your commercial and strategic sense allows you to respond to customer requests in a efficient

WHAT IF YOU WERE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION?

You have a higher education in business law (ideally DJCE) with a specialization in intellectual property law. You have 8 to 10 years of experience in a law firm or as a Attorney in a commercial or intellectual property department in industry.

Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
