WHAT ARE YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS?

We are recruiting a Chemistry-Pharmacy Patent Engineer, European agent, on a permanent contract to join the chemistry team made up of around 15 people.

• With good interpersonal skills, you carry out a consulting mission in industrial property strategy for a varied type of clientele (international groups, start-ups, research institutes, SMEs, etc.)

• You have good writing skills and are responsible for drafting, obtaining and defending of invention patents

• Analyst & synthesizer, you carry out patentability and freedom to operate studies

• A good teacher and with a good team spirit, you supervise junior engineers

WHAT IF YOU WERE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION?

Graduate of a leading engineering school, ideally holding a PhD and European patent attorney (EQE), you have at least 10 years of experience in the acquisition and defense of IP rights in the field of pharmacy. You are familiar with Markush formulas as well as Supplementary Protection Certificates.

You have experience of oral proceedings before the EPO and are fluent in English (written and spoken).

Having already worked in an industrial property firm for clients in the pharmaceutical field or in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
